Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes! If your address is within 125km of our warehouse, you can pick up your order at Hueseeka HQ. During checkout, select the "Pickup In Store" option. Once your order is ready for collection, we'll notify you via email with the necessary details. Ou

What happens if I don’t collect my pick-up order?

If your in-store pick-up order is not collected within 30 days of being processed and marked as ready for collection, it will be considered abandoned. In these cases, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover handling, storage, and administrative cost

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pick-up. Please ensure your contact details are up to date so you don’t miss this notification.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. A nominated person may collect your order, provided they can present your order confirmation and/or provide the order details at the time of collection.

What if I can’t collect my order within 30 days?

If you’re unable to collect within 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to discuss alternative arrangements depending on your order status.

Can I extend my collection timeframe?

We encourage collection within the 30-day period. Extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you contact us before the deadline.

Will I be reminded before my order is considered abandoned?

Yes, we will send reminder communications where possible. However, it remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure collection within the 30-day timeframe.

Can I change my pick-up order to shipping if I can’t collect it?

Yes. If you’re unable to collect your order, we may be able to arrange shipping at your expense instead of treating it as abandoned. Please contact us as soon as possible and before the 30-day collection period expires to discuss available options.

Can I pick up my order on a public holiday?

No, order pickups are not available on public holidays as our store is closed.

If I place a Click & Collect order on a public holiday, when can I pick it up?

Click & Collect orders placed during a public holiday will be ready for pickup from the next business day, once processing is complete. Please wait to receive your email notification that your order is ready.
