How long do I have to collect my order?Updated a month ago

Orders selected for in-store pick-up must be collected within 30 days of being processed and marked as ready for collection. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be treated as abandoned, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

After 30 days, we will return the items to stock or cancel the order in line with this policy, and any applicable refund will be issued less the restocking fee.
