What happens if I don’t collect my pick-up order?Updated a month ago

If your in-store pick-up order is not collected within 30 days of being processed and marked as ready for collection, it will be considered abandoned. In these cases, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover handling, storage, and administrative costs associated with the uncollected items.

After 30 days, we will return the items to stock or cancel the order in line with this policy. If a refund is issued, it will be processed less the applicable restocking fee.
