Why Did I Receive a “Shipped” Email When I Selected Pick-Up?Updated 2 months ago

Our system sends a standard dispatch notification for all orders. This automated email is generic and does not reflect the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Receiving this email means your order is ready for pick-up.

To confirm the correct method for your order, please scroll to the bottom of your dispatch email. You’ll see the shipping method listed there — including if your order is marked for pick-up.

You can also verify this on your invoice, where the chosen delivery or pick-up option is clearly shown.
