What if I prefer my parcel to be signed for?Updated 2 months ago

If you’d prefer to have your parcel signed for, we recommend choosing an address where someone will be available to accept it. Please note that 'Signature on Delivery' is not included in our free shipping option and will incur an additional fee. 

If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be redirected to your local post office for collection. You’ll receive a notification via email, SMS or the Australia Post app with further instructions.
