What if I entered the wrong shipping address?Updated 2 months ago

If you’ve provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll happily update your shipping details. However, once processing has begun, we’re unable to make any changes.

While we’ll do our best to help, we’re not liable for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your order is returned to us, we’ll notify you, and you may be able to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
