We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

During promotional periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse.

Estimated standard delivery times to metro areas:

• QLD, VIC, NSW & ACT: 3-6 business days
• SA: 5-7 business days
• TAS: 5-8 business days
• NT: 5-10 business days
• WA: 7-11 business days

Estimated standard delivery times to regional & rural areas:

• QLD: 4-12 business days
• VIC & NSW: 4-7 business days
• SA: 5-7 business days

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing Express Shipping at checkout.

• Inner city: 1-2 business days (excludes WA and TAS)

• WA, TAS and regional/rural areas: 3-6 business days
