Hueseeka is committed to offering a convenient, secure and premium shopping service.
Shipping to Australia
All Australian orders are dispatched from the Hueseeka warehouse on business days, Monday to Friday. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. Please allow for weekends, promotional periods, and public holidays. Orders from our Promotional Periods may take up to 5 business days to leave our warehouse.
Free Shipping
Retail Orders
Hueseeka is currently offering Free Standard Shipping on all Retail orders over $199 to Australian addresses.
Terms and conditions of this offer:
- The order value must exceed $199 after discounts/rewards and before shipping.
- It only applies to our Standard Shipping service.
- It only applies to Authority to Leave delivery provided by our courier partners. If you select “Signature on Delivery” at checkout, your order will incur a fee.
- Excludes PO box (and PO box plus) addresses and parcel lockers.
- Delivery must be to an Australian address.
- Does not apply to partner/wholesale client orders.
- The free shipping offer may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Wholesale Orders
Hueseeka is currently offering Free Standard Shipping on all Wholesale (Stylist & Stockist) orders over $399 to Australian addresses.

- The order value must exceed $399 after discounts and before shipping.
- It only applies to our Standard Shipping service.
- It only applies to Authority to Leave delivery provided by our courier partners. If you select “Signature on Delivery” at checkout, your order will incur a fee.
- Excludes PO box addresses and parcel lockers.
- Delivery must be to an Australian address.
- The free shipping offer may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Authority to Leave Delivery
We want to make receiving your parcel as convenient as possible. Authority to Leave (ATL) allows our delivery partners to leave your parcel at your address without needing a signature. This is our default option for free shipping to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery.
If you have a specific spot where you’d like your parcel left (e.g., “behind the large pot plant”), please let us know by selecting ‘provide delivery instructions’ and sharing specific details at checkout.
Direct Freight, one of our default couriers for free shipping, may determine it is unsafe to leave packages unattended at unit blocks, shops or apartments. In such cases, any redelivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer. If you know you won’t be home, consider having your package delivered to your workplace or to a friend or family member who can receive parcels. We want to emphasise that we are here to assist you throughout this process and encourage you to reach out to our dedicated customer support team with any questions or concerns.
Please note, by selecting authority to leave, Hueseeka is not liable for any loss or damage to the package once it has been delivered.
Signature on Delivery
Our deliveries do not require a signature by default. If you’d prefer to have your parcel signed for, we recommend choosing an address where someone will be available to accept it. Please note that 'Signature on Delivery' is not included in our free shipping option and will incur an additional fee.
If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be redirected to your local post office for collection. You’ll receive a notification via email, SMS or the Australia Post app with further instructions.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
The delivery timeframes provided during checkout, including Express options, are estimates based on East Coast Metropolitan areas. Deliveries to non-metropolitan areas may require additional time. Please note that these timeframes are approximate and not guaranteed. All deliveries via Australia Post will require a signature (this includes both Express and Standard shipping).
Shipping Cost Estimate
While we strive to provide accurate postage estimates, please understand that unforeseen additional costs may arise for specific suburbs within a given postcode, particularly for our valued wholesale and stockist partners. These costs are impacted by factors beyond our control in collaboration with our shipping partners. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
Deliveries Outside of Australia
We currently offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping to any other location. Please note due to the cost of International Shipping, backordered items for New Zealand will have freight fees charged to the client.
Delivery Confirmation
Tracking details for your order will be emailed to your order email address upon dispatch of your order. Registered customers will also be able to locate these details from within their account area once dispatch has been confirmed.
Please note, we are not responsible for late deliveries and a delay does not give you the right to cancel your order, either in full or in part.
Return to Sender, Redelivery & Redirection Fees
In the event that a package needs to be returned to us or requires redelivery, we recognise the inconvenience this may cause. Please know that any associated fees for return to sender or redelivery will be at the expense of the customer. We want to emphasise that we are here to assist you throughout this process and encourage you to reach out to our dedicated customer support team with any questions or concerns.
If a delivery is returned to sender or unable to be delivered due to an invalid, incomplete, or undeliverable address, or because the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery where no safe place is available, any fees associated with the return, redelivery, or redirection will be the responsibility of the customer.
This applies in the following circumstances, but is not limited to:
- An invalid or incomplete delivery address is provided at checkout.
- The courier determines there is no safe place to leave the delivery, and no one is available to receive it.
- Delivery fails due to access restrictions, such as locked buildings, gated premises, or secure complexes.
- Multiple delivery attempts are made but are unsuccessful due to:
– No one being home,
– No Authority to Leave granted,
– No safe place to leave the parcel,
– Limited business hours, or
– If the business hours are not provided at checkout as delivery instructions.
– Incorrect delivery information. - The customer requests the delivery to be redirected to a different address after dispatch.
- The customer is not identifiable at the delivery address, due to moving house or business premises without updating their address with Hueseeka.
- A PO box or parcel locker address is incorrectly entered at checkout in an attempt to bypass courier shipping fees, resulting in the order being dispatched via courier rather than Australia Post.
Please note that if an order is returned to Hueseeka for any of the above reasons, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and any fees incurred for reshipping, redelivery, or redirection will be invoiced to the customer prior to redispatch.
