Our deliveries do not require a signature by default. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we offer ‘Authority to Leave’ for free shipping. However, if you prefer, you can select ‘Signature on Delivery’ for an additional fee. 

Please note that if you choose ‘Signature on Delivery’ and are not home, your package will be held at your local post office for collection. If you select ‘Authority to Leave,’ the courier will leave your package in a safe location. If you have a specific spot where you’d like your parcel left (e.g., “behind the large pot plant”), please let us know by selecting ‘provide delivery instructions’ and sharing specific details at checkout.
