The dispatch date shown on your pre-order is an estimate, not a guaranteed shipping date. It reflects the latest information we have from our suppliers and freight partners regarding when stock is expected to arrive with us and when we anticipate beginning dispatch.
While these estimates are usually accurate, occasional changes can occur due to production schedules, customs clearance, or transit delays beyond our control. In addition, once stock arrives, pre-orders are dispatched in order of purchase, which can take a few days to complete during busy periods.
