Will I receive a refund on shipping if I cancel a pre-order?Updated a month ago

Shipping is only eligible for a refund if your entire order is on backorder and cancelled. If your order has already been partially fulfilled (i.e. split across multiple shipments), shipping cannot be refunded. This is because the shipping fee covers the initial fulfilment, and we offer free shipping on the second dispatch for pre-orders within Australia.
