What does Pre-order mean?Updated a month ago

Items available on “pre-order” are items that are not currently in stock. Pre-order indicates that the stock is due to arrive at a later date and will be shipped to you after that date. The estimated stock arrival date will be noted on the product page. These items are usually extremely popular and are in high demand.

If a product will only let you add a certain amount to your cart, that means we have limited stock available.

Any changes in estimated delivery times will be communicated via email, please ensure you check your junk mail for any updates from our team if you are awaiting a pre-order or backorder item.

All in-stock items on your order will be shipped without delay. Pre-order items will then be placed on a Backorder and shipped to you upon their arrival to our warehouse.

Items placed on backorder for delivery within Australia will not attract any further shipping fees. Due to the cost of International Shipping, back ordered items for New Zealand will have freight fees charged to the client.

Please note: we are unable to hold stock or part orders in our warehouse.
