What condition must the items be in for a return?Updated 2 months ago

All returned items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging, with any labels or inserts intact. Items that are damaged due to customer handling or not returned in a resalable condition are not eligible for a refund, credit, replacement or exchange.
