Not fully satisfied with your purchase? You're covered by our hassle-free return policy. You can return part of, or all of your order, for any reason within 30 days. If the colour did not meet your individual style or you would just like a different hue, we will happily offer an exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days.
Product must be returned in new condition, that is original condition and packaging. All returned items must be in their full original packaging, including any protective candle wrapping. Returns that are not received in complete original packaging may incur a restocking fee. This ensures products are protected during transit and can be resold.
Please ensure you unpack and check your order prior to initiating a return. To avoid damage in transit, items must be securely packed with sufficient padding and placed inside an external shipping box. Items returned to us damaged are not eligible for refund, replacement, exchange or store credit.
Mystery Bundles
All Mystery Bundle sales are final.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind or preference.
Each bundle is curated with a surprise selection of items and may include a mix of colours, shapes and styles.
Items included in Mystery Bundles may be end-of-line, limited edition, or part of current collections.
Please note: Our mystery bundles are exclusively available for retail purchase only. These specially curated bundles are designed to delight individual customers with a unique selection of our products. Pearl Wax
Pearl Wax must be in its original packaging, with the box unsealed using the original tape. Boxes that have been opened will not be accepted and do not qualify for returns, store credit, or refunds.

Are there fees for returns?
- There are no restocking fees for returns when the products are returned as new, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- If a product is returned without all of the original packaging, a restocking fee may apply.
- If your order included free gifts and you choose to return the entire order or part of it, please note that the value of the free gifts may be deducted from your refund total if they are not returned along with the purchased items.
- Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Did your product arrive damaged?
If any item(s) arrived damaged, please provide photos within 30 days of delivery. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly assist you with a replacement, refund, or store credit as per our policy. We will require photos of any item(s) that arrive to you in less-than-perfect condition. Please note that international orders are not eligible for replacement items.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once we receive the return, please allow 3 to 7 days for inspection and processing. If your refund is approved, it will be credited to the original method of payment, unless otherwise specified.
