We are so sorry to hear that! Whilst we take every precaution to ensure our orders are safely packed when they leave our warehouse, sometimes orders can become damaged during the freight process.
Please email our team as soon as possible at [email protected] and provide photos of the damaged items. We will happily work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or find a suitable resolution to suit your situation. Please do not handle damaged items, for your own safety.
Please note: damaged items must be reported within 30 days of order delivery.
