How do I log in to my wholesale account?Updated 2 months ago
If you already have a wholesale account with us, you may notice that logging in looks a bit different. This is because we recently changed website platforms. Here’s how to access your account:
- If your account is active, you can log in by visiting Account – Hueseeka.
- Entre your email address, and you'll receive an email with a 6 digit code to log in.
- These can sometimes land in your junk for spam folder, so if it's not in your inbox before to have a look.
- Once logged in, hover over the account icon in the top right corner (on desktop). It should say "Hi [Your Name]" and show your account type (either stockist or stylist) in brackets.

To access your wholesale account please avoid logging in via Shopay or Shop, as this will not be connected to your wholesale pricing unless your account is under the email address.
Once you are successfully logged in, if you hover over the account icon in the top right corner (on desktop) it should say "Hi [______]"

Yes, there have been some adjustments to our pricing and shipping policies recently. We have postponed the price increase for quite some time to keep costs down for our customers, however with the change in our website platform it was time to implement the adjustments. We have changed the discount structure for single products and 4-packs of dinner/taper candles, which is where you may be noticing the most difference. However, the discounts attached to the larger pack sizes remain the same, at about 50% off retail.
On the positive side, I'm pleased to inform you that we now offer free shipping on Australian wholesale orders over $299 (T&Cs apply), which we hope will provide additional value to you in keeping your expenses down.
