How can I ensure my backorder arrives in time for an event?

If you are waiting on a backorder and have an upcoming event, please reach out to us for an update on the expected delivery date. We can track your order's transit status and provide you with the latest information on when it is anticipated to arrive

Can wholesale orders be shipped internationally?

Currently, we only ship wholesale orders within Australia and New Zealand.

Do you offer drop shipping or plain packaging?

We can ship to any address you nominate; however, please note that we do not offer drop shipping services. All orders are packed with a Hueseeka-branded delivery docket (not an invoice), and we do not provide plain or unbranded packaging at this time

Can I ship orders directly to my clients?

Yes, you can ship orders directly to your clients. Please note that all shipments arrive in standard Hueseeka packaging as we do not offer custom packaging or gift wrapping.

Do you offer free shipping for wholesale orders?

Yes, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all wholesale orders over $399 (after discounts) to Australian addresses. This applies to Authority to Leave deliveries only. PO boxes, parcel lockers, and Signature on Delivery requests are excluded. Please no
