When does the Mid Year Sale end?
The Mid Year Sale ends at 9:00am AEST on 1st July 2026. Discounts are available online and in-store while stocks last.
What discounts are included in the sale?
Enjoy 20–60% off sitewide, including bundles. Wedding bundles and candle value sets are 30% off, plus receive an extra 10% off orders over $499, automatically applied at checkout.
Who can shop the Mid Year Sale?
The sale is available to retail customers only.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The extra 10% discount on orders over $499 is automatically applied at checkout. Please note that additional coupon codes cannot be used during the Mid Year Sale.
Are all products included in the sale?
Most products across our website are included, including taper candles, table linens, artificial flower arrangements, décor, and bundles. Gift cards are excluded from sale discounts.
Can I use a gift card during the sale?
Yes. Existing gift cards can be used to purchase sale items. However, gift cards themselves are not eligible for sale discounts.
Will items be reserved if I add them to my cart?
No. Adding items to your cart does not reserve stock. Products are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before checkout is completed.
What happens if an item sells out?
Wedding bundles, candle value sets, and other popular items may sell out quickly. If a product is unavailable, we may suggest similar or related items where possible.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Orders may take up to 7 business days to leave our warehouse during the Mid Year Sale period. Express orders will be prioritised where possible.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Are the sale discounts available in-store?
Yes. Mid Year Sale discounts are available both online and in-store. Some offers may be limited to selected items or available only while stocks last.
Does the extra 10% off apply in-store?
Yes. The extra 10% discount on orders over $499 is valid both online and in-store.
Can I use other discount codes with the sale?
No. Additional discount codes, promotions, or special offers cannot be used in conjunction with the Mid Year Sale.
