How do I clean dust off faux flowers?
Gently dust using a soft duster, microfiber cloth, tissue or a can of compressed air. For delicate petals, avoid rubbing vigorously.
Can I use water or cleaning sprays safely?
No. Do not wet the flowers in any way, as it may affect the colour or finish.
Do they need to be stored in a certain way?
Store them in a cool, dry place. Keep them upright, loosely covered, and away from direct sunlight & fluorescent lighting or heat to maintain shape and colour.
How do I prevent fading over time?
Minimise exposure to sunlight, fluorescent light, heat, and humidity.
Can I trim or bend stems without damaging the flowers?
Yes, most stems are flexible and can be trimmed or shaped gently. Use clean wire cutters and avoid forcing stiff stems, which could break the wire supports inside.
How do I transport them without crushing or bending petals?
Use boxes or containers that support the stems and petals. For delicate arrangements, wrap loosely in tissue paper or bubble wrap to prevent movement during transport.
Can they withstand wind, sunlight, or rain?
Light wind and indirect sun are fine. We do not recommend exposing them to heavy rain or prolonged direct sunlight, which can cause fading or water damage.
Are all petals and stems identical, or is some variation normal?
Some variation is expected. Petals may have slight differences in shape, size, or positioning, which actually helps create a natural, lifelike appearance.
Can I spray perfume on the flowers so they smell real?
No, don't spray any type of liquid on the flowers, as it may affect the colour and finish of the petals.
Can faux flowers feel and move like real ones?
While faux flowers cannot fully replicate living plants, high-quality materials and flexible stems allow for natural movement and a realistic appearance.
Can I place the flowers in a vase of water?
